摘  要:航空发动机机匣产线具有多品种、小批量零件混线生产的特点,排产问题涉及机床和零件多要素、多工序的交叉影响,以及零件工序并行柔性和复杂的加工工艺。本研究以减少零件总加工时间为目标,构建了具有工序并行特点的柔性作业车间调度优化模型。提出了一种结合禁忌搜索的混合遗传算法来求解调度模型,并使用启发式规则进行局部搜索,提高收敛速度。通过在机匣产线上进行案例验证,得到算法对于大规模订单总加工时间相对于基于优先级方法优化10%以上,证明了优化模型在提高车间加工效率方面的可行性。The aircraft engine casing production line is characterized by mixed-line production of multiple varieties and small batches of parts.The scheduling problem involves the interplay of multiple factors related to machines and parts in various operations,as well as the complexities of parallel and flexible part processing and intricate manufacturing processes.This research aims to minimize the total processing time of parts by constructing a flexible job shop scheduling optimization model with parallel operation flexibility.In this study,a hybrid genetic algorithm combined with tabu search is proposed to solve the scheduling model,and heuristic rules are applied for local search to improve convergence speed.The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through case studies on an actual production line.The results show that,for large-scale orders,the total processing time is reduced by over 10%compared to the priority-based approach,highlighting the feasibility of the optimization model in enhancing shop floor efficiency.
