摘 要:文章探究菠萝蜜多糖的最佳提取工艺,通过单因素分析法和正交实验法分析料液比,提取时间、提取温度、pH等对菠萝蜜多糖提取量的影响,研究菠萝蜜多糖及其与聚合硫酸铁复合复配使用时水体浊度去除效果。实验结果表明:菠萝蜜多糖提取最优工艺条件为:固液比为1:30,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为60 min,菠萝蜜果皮多糖平均含量可达到22.35±0.2 mg/mL;菠萝蜜多糖与聚合硫酸铁复配使用能显著去除水体浊度,复配絮凝剂PFS+JF的投放量为(13.79+75.32)mg/L,浊度去除率即可达到98%。结果表明,该菠萝蜜多糖提取工艺安全环保,助凝效果明显,具有良好的应用前景。This paper employed Jackfruit as raw material to explore the best extraction conditions though the single factor test and the orthogonal test to investigate the effect of the material liquid ratio,exaction time and exaction temperature on the exaction of polysaccharide,and to study the efficiency of the removal of turbidity by Jackfruit polysaccharide,Jackfruit polysaccharide-polyferric sulfate.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions are when the exaction temperature is 80 Celsius degree,the solid-liquid ratio is 1:30 and the extraction time is 60 min,and the extraction dose is 22.35±0.2g/L.The turbidity of mmontolite suspension can be 98%removed by Jackfruit polysaccharide-polyferric sulfate with the dosage of 13.79+75.3 mg/L.This extraction method has the advantage of safe and environmental protection,and gives high extraction dosage of Jackfruit polysaccharides.The polysaccharides used as the coagulant-aid have apparent effects,and has a wide application.
