摘  要:蚕豆根尖是较理想的遗传毒性测试材料,选择本底值低,敏感性高,耐受性好,可在较广泛浓度范围内检测诱变剂活力的豆种更有利于环境污染的监测。标准中采用的松滋青皮豆是国内广泛接受用于致突变性测试的敏感受试生物,其遗传性质的稳定决定了遗传毒性试验结果的准确性。为更好地保护种质资源和维持试验稳定性,选择无污染的保种场,栽种时避免豆科植物花粉污染,收获豆种后多轮筛选,达标的空白微核率、参比微核率等,均为实验质量控制的有效手段。The root tips of fava beans are ideal materials for genotoxicity testing.Bean root tips are considered ideal for genetic toxicity testing due to their low background values,high sensitivity,and good tolerance.Songzi Vicia faba is widely accepted as sensitive test organisms for mutagenicity testing in China.The stability of their genetic properties determines the accuracy of genotoxicity test results.To better protect germplasm resources and maintain the stability of experiments,it is crucial to select an unpolluted conservation site for cultivation.By selecting pollution-free conservation fields,the study avoided contamination from leguminous plant pollen during planting.Multiple rounds of screening after harvesting the beans,such as standard rates of blank micronuclei and reference micronuclei,are all effective means for quality control in experiments.
