摘　　要：科技特派员制度是为探索解决新时期“三农”问题,在科技干部交流上的一项创新与实践。地方应用型高校在推进科技特派员工作中具有重要作用,能够为中国式现代化探索贡献高校力量,为高素质应用型人才培养提供创新路径,也生动诠释了“以人民为中心”的发展思想。因此,必须正确认识并处理好政府、高校、社会等各类主体的关系,构建以地方应用型高校为依托、以科技特派员为主体、以经济社会需求为导向的服务网络,并形成一套一体化协同发展的长效机制。The system of science and technology commissioner is an innovation and practice in the exchange of science and technology cadres to explore and solve the"three rural"issues in the new era.Local applied universities play an vital role in promoting the work of science and technology commissioner,contributing to the exploration of Chinese path to moderniza-tion,providing innovative paths for cultivating high-quality applied talents,and vividly embodying the people-centered phi-losophy of development.Therefore,it is imperative to correctly understand and handle the relationships among various entities such as the government,universities,and society,build a service network relying on local applied universities,with science and technology commissioners as the main body and economic and social needs as the orientation,and form a long-term mechanism for integrated and coordinated development.
