文旅融合背景下“校地合作”促进庆阳香包文化产业发展的路径与方法研究

摘　　要：庆阳香包作为非物质文化遗产,是推动当地文化和旅游产业融合发展的关键。“校地合作”能为地方经济和文化产业的发展注入了新的活力和动能。本研究基于实地考察和调研庆阳香包与产业发展的现状,针对产业链不完整,集群优势不明显;传承困难,设计创新不足;营销模式单一,缺乏品牌意识等方面存在的问题,建议通过“校地合作”的方式,从政策层面,构建“政、校、企”合作协同机制;在操作层面,实现“产品——产业”的转化,提出“香包+”拓宽香包的应用场景、“设计+”赋能香包产业创新、“展会+”扩大香包产业影响力三大发展路径,为实现庆阳香包产业的高质量发展,落实地方应用型高校产教融合、协同育人理念提供思路与对策。Qingyang sachet,as an Intangible Cultural Heritage,is the key to promoting the integration and development of local culture and tourism industry.However,the current development of Qingyang sachet industry is limited by incomplete industrial chain and insufficient innovation,which affects its deep integration with the cultural and tourism industry and high-quality sustainable development.This study is based on field investigations and research,and constructs a collaborative mechanism of“government,school,and enterprise”cooperation from a policy perspective through“school local cooperation”.At the operational level,to achieve the transformation of“product industry”,three development paths are proposed:“sachet+”to broaden the application scenarios of sachets,“design+”to empower innovation in the sachet industry,and“exhibition+”to expand the influence of the sachet industry.These paths provide ideas and strategies for achieving high-quality development of the sachet industry in Qingyang,implementing the integration of industry and education in local applied universities,and promoting collaborative education.
