摘　　要：构建盾构机司机作业能力培评体系,开展科学系统的专业培训和高标准考核,能够有效提高盾构机司机作业能力,降低盾构施工风险和减少事故发生。充分利用先进的技术手段,在国内首次将虚拟现实技术引入盾构机司机培评体系,专门开发培评VR系统,应用于培评盾构机司机作业能力,具有很好的引领和示范作用。This paper points out that the construction of shield machine driver operating ability training and evaluation system,scientific and systematic professional training and high standard assessment,will effectively improve the shield machine driver operating ability,reduce the risk of shield construction and reduce accidents.Making full use of advanced technical means,the virtual reality(VR)technology is introduced into the shield machine driver training and evaluation system for the first time in China,and the training and evaluation VR system is specially developed and applied to the training and evaluation of the shield machine driver's operating ability,which has a good leading and demonstration role.
