A型肉毒毒素联合结膜入路整形术应用于眼袋患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨A型肉毒毒素联合结膜入路整形术应用于眼袋患者的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法,将锦州医科大学附属第三医院2021年1月至2023年1月收治的96例眼袋患者分为对照组(n=48,结膜入路整形术治疗)和观察组(n=48,对照组基础上给予A型肉毒毒素治疗)。对比两组临床总有效率、眼周评分量表、治疗满意度评分及并发症总发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组眼周皮肤色泽、手术过程、眼袋、术后恢复效果、鱼尾纹、术后恢复过程及总体评价的满意度评分升高,且观察组上述评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论A型肉毒毒素联合结膜入路整形术应用于眼袋患者,可有效改善患者眼周皮肤色泽、眼袋、鱼尾纹情况,提高临床总有效率和治疗满意度,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the efficacy of botulinum toxin type A combined with conjunctival approach plastic surgery in patients with lower eye bags.Methods Using a random number table method,a total of 96 patients with lower eyelid bags admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(n=48,treated with conjunctival approach plastic surgery)and an observation group(n=48,treated with botulinum toxin type A on the basis of the control group).The total clinical effective rate,periocular score scale,treatment satisfaction score and total incidence of complications were compared in two groups.Results Compared to the control group,the observation group's overall clinical effective rate was greater(P<0.05).After treatment,the satisfaction scores of skin color around the eyes,operation process,eye bag,postoperative recovery effect,crow's feet,postoperative recovery process and overall evaluation in two groups increased,and the observation group's scores above those of the control group were higher.The overall incidence of problems did not differ significantly in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of botulinum toxin type A combined with conjunctival approach plastic surgery in patients with lower eye bags can effectively improve the skin color,eye bags and crow's feet of patients,improve the total clinical effective rate and treatment satisfaction,and have high safety.
