摘  要:近年来,随着屈光手术的不断开展以及相关技术的不断革新,术后干眼等与角膜神经受损相关的并发症也越来越受到大家的重视,目前屈光术后角膜神经的损伤及相关促进修复的药物研究已成为一个热点。本文就准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)后的干眼以及术后神经损伤的药物修复研究进展做一综述,为今后进一步研究促进角膜神经修复的途径提供依据,以期减少术后并发症,进一步完善角膜屈光手术,获得长期的最佳视觉效果。With the continuous development of refractive surgery and the continuous innovation of related technologies in recent years,postoperative complications such as dry eye and corneal nerve damage have received increased attention.At the moment,corneal nerve damage after refractive surgery and related drugs to promote repair are a hot topic.The purpose of this article is to review the research progress in the repair of dry eye and postoperative nerve injury after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK),to further explore the way to promote corneal nerve repair,reduce postoperative complications,improve corneal refractive surgery,and achieve the best long-term visual effect.
