摘　　要：为促进我国种鸡养殖行业的健康发展,许多养殖企业从鸡的营养调控技术入手,试图寻找出更加安全、高效的营养素,以解决受精率降低,新生雏鸡增重减慢等问题。β-胡萝卜素作为一种来源广泛、成本低廉的天然化合物,具有广阔的应用前景。β-胡萝卜素可以转化成维生素A,为机体提供营养,同时还具有抗氧化、免疫调节等功能,减少自由基对动物机体的损伤,提高抗病力。文章综述了β-胡萝卜素的营养价值和生理功能及其在种鸡繁殖性能中的研究进展,旨在为进一步提高种鸡的繁殖性能和经济效益提供参考。To support the growth of China's breeding chicken industry,many enterprises seek to enhance the safety and efficiency of chicken nutrition through advanced nutrition regulation technology.This is aimed at addressing issues such as low fertilization rates and slow weight gain among newborn chicks.One promising solution isβ-carotene,a natural compound that is widely available and cost-effective.Once converted into vitamin A,β-carotene can provide vital nutrients for the body while offering valuable antioxidant and immune regulating properties.By reducing the harmful effects of free radicals,β-carotene can enhance animal health and disease resistance.This review explores the nutritional value and physiological benefits ofβ-carotene and recent research into its role in boosting the reproductive performance and economic benefits of breeding chickens.
