摘  要:我国拥有丰富的果蔬资源,然而,在果蔬生产加工过程中产生大量废弃副产品,导致资源浪费和环境污染。畜牧业的发展使饲料原料需求不断增长,而玉米和豆粕价格持续攀升,在此背景下,果蔬加工副产物的饲料化成为解决畜牧业饲粮短缺的重要途径之一。通过相应的加工技术可使果蔬副产物资源化利用,实现部分替代饲料原料。文章综述了果蔬加工副产物的营养价值、加工技术以及在动物生产中应用的研究进展,旨在为果蔬加工副产物在动物生产中的应用提供参考。China has abundant fruit and vegetable resources,however,in the process of fruit and vegetable production and processing produces a large number of waste by-products,resulting in resource waste and environmental pollution.The development of animal husbandry makes the demand for feedstuff grow continuously,while the price of corn and soybean meal continues to climb,in this context the feed of fruit and vegetable processing by-products has become one of the important ways to solve the shortage of feedstuff in animal husbandry.Through the corresponding processing technology to make fruit and vegetable by-products resourceful use,to achieve part of the replacement of feed raw materials.This paper reviews the nutritional value of fruit and vegetable processing by-products,processing technology and the application of research progress in animal production,aiming to provide reference for the application of fruit and vegetable processing by-products in animal production.
