摘　　要：前列腺癌被认为是一种与代谢异常存在紧密联系的恶性肿瘤,其与糖尿病的关系非常复杂。近年来,大量口服降糖药物被开发和应用于临床并取得良好效果,越来越多的研究也发现了口服降糖药物在前列腺癌治疗过程中的积极作用。本文就目前口服降糖药物与前列腺癌相关性的研究进行综述。Prostate cancer is recognized as a malignant tumor intricately linked to metabolic dysregulation,and its association with diabetes is notably complex.In recent years,there has been a surge in the development and clinical application of numerous oral antidiabetic medications,which have yielded promising results.Concurrently,an increasing body of research has uncovered the beneficial roles of these oral antidiabetic medications in the management of prostate cancer.This article provides a comprehensive review of the current research exploring the association between the use of oral antidiabetic medication and the treatment of prostate cancer.
