摘　　要：本文针对企业科研项目成本管理现状,存在的问题及其管理特点,阐述企业科研项目成本管理的重要意义。通过建立项目成本管理制度,以项目全寿命周期为抓手提高成本的管控能力,提出科研项目成本管理方法和手段,以期有助于推动企业科研项目成本管理,保障科研项目科学有效完成。In this paper,the enterprise research project cost management status,problems and management characteristics,expounds the important significance of the cost management.By establishing the project cost management system.Taking the whole life cycle of the project as the key to improve the ability of cost management,puting forward the methods and means of cost management of scientific research project,in order to help promote the cost management of scientific research project in enterprises,ensure the scientific and effective completion of scientific research projects.
