摘  要:为了减少项目网络中非关键链路对关键链执行的干扰和不良影响,研究了一种考虑链路动态耦合的项目接驳缓冲监控方法。新方法分析了项目执行时不同链路之间缓冲消耗的动态耦合,考虑了链路在项目网络中的位置特点以及接驳缓冲消耗与项目缓冲消耗之间的交互关系,利用汇入关键活动处的阶段可消耗项目缓冲量对接驳缓冲消耗造成的干扰进行二级吸收,并根据非关键链路的风险暴露度确定接驳缓冲可支配的二级项目缓冲消耗量大小,对项目接驳缓冲监控量及触发点进行了动态确定。仿真实验表明,所提方法在项目缓冲平均消耗比率、接驳缓冲干扰率、项目按时完工率、平均缓冲监控成本这四个绩效方面的表现要优于现有缓冲监控方法,提高了项目关键链的执行效率。In order to reduce the interference and adverse effects of non-critical chains on the execution of the critical chain of the project network,a feeding buffer monitoring method considering link dynamic coupling was studied.The new method analyzed the dynamic coupling of buffer consumption of the feeding chain and parallel critical chain during project execution.The location characteristics of feeding chain itself and the interaction between feeding buffer consumption and project buffer consumption were taken into account.The disturbance caused by the consumption of feeding buffer penetration was further absorbed by the phased consumable project buffer.According to the chain risk exposure degree,the secondary project buffer consumption at the connection point for the feeding chain was determined.The buffer amount and monitoring trigger points for feeding buffer monitoring were dynamically determined.Simulation experiments show that the proposed method outperforms the existing buffer monitoring methods in four performance indicators,such as average project buffer consumption ratio,feeding buffer interference rate,project on-time completion probability,and average buffer monitoring cost.It can improve the efficiency of critical chain execution.
