摘　　要：随着中国越来越深入地参与全球海事治理,撰写高质量的国际海事组织(IMO)提案已成为提升海事制度性话语权和影响力的重要途径之一。通过梳理IMO英文提案的文本特点以及写作规范要求,列举典型错误案例,提出规范IMO英文提案写作的建议,进一步提升我国报送IMO提案的文本质量,有效实现提案目标。With the increasingly in-depth participation of China in global maritime governance,the submission of high-quality documents to the International Maritime Organization(IMO)has become one of the most important channels to enhance the say and influence of China in international maritime legislation.The paper studies the major characteristics of IMO documents in English and the standards and requirements for IMO document writing,and provides examples of typical errors.It also puts forward suggestions for regulating the writing of IMO documents in English,with a view to improving the quality of IMO documents submitted by China and realizing the goal of the submissions.
