摘 要:蜂巢是蜜蜂生活和繁殖后代的栖息地,同时储存着大量蜂蜜、蜂王浆、蜂花粉、蜂胶和蜂蜡等物质,具有潜在的高价值利用潜力。然而,在当前的蜂产品生产体系中,蜂巢往往被视为一种农业食品废弃物。随着蜂产品工业的蓬勃发展,蜂巢的高附加值潜力越来越受到重视,对其高价值利用的需求也在日益增长。本文综述了蜜蜂蜂巢的主要营养成分及其在抑菌、抗氧化、抗炎等相关生物活性方面的研究进展,以期为蜂巢的综合开发利用提供理论依据。The honeycomb is the primary habitat of all honeybee species,where they reside and reproduce their offspring.It is also the repository for substantial quantities of honey,royal jelly,pollen,propolis and beeswax reservation,which can be utilized as a natural herbal medicine and healthcare drug,with the potential for high-value utilization.However,during the production and processing of bee products,honey,propolis,pollen and royal jelly are classified as commodities,while the honeycomb is often discarded as agricultural by-products.As the market for bee products continues to expand,the potential for high-value utilization of honeycombs is attracting increasing interest.This paper reviews the main nutritional composition found in honeycombs and their research progress in anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antibacterical and other related bioactivities,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of honeycombs.
