摘 要:在机器学习(Machine Learning,ML)技术的加持下,分析检测技术迅猛发展。本文对机器学习的基础理论、主流算法及其应用软件平台进行了总结,结合文献梳理,阐述了机器学习在环境监测分析、食品安全检测、药品分析、材料性能分析和化学信息学等领域的研究进展。此外,本文也解析了机器学习在化学分析检测领域未来的应用潜力,并从数据模型层面、应用场景层面、技术集成和自动化层面进行了展望,为该技术在分析检测领域更广泛地应用和发展提供了新思路。With the support of machine learning technology,analysis and detection techniques have developed rapidly.This article summarizes the basic theories,mainstream algorithms,and application software platforms of machine learning.Combined with literature review,it elaborates on the research progress of machine learning in fields such as environmental monitoring and analysis,food safety testing,drug analysis,material performance analysis,and chemical informatics.In addition,this article also analyzes the future application potential of machine learning in the field of chemical analysis and detection,and looks forward to it from the perspectives of data models,application scenarios,technology integration,and automation,providing new ideas for the wider application and development of this technology in the field of analysis and detection.
