摘  要:本研究对一种屏障修护组合物进行了体内外的功效评估。该组合物主要包括富含ω-3的紫苏籽油、降低紫外引起的皮肤炎症反应的棕榈酰三肽-8、经典保湿修护成分神经酰胺NP及细胞膜仿生结构材料聚季铵盐-51。结果表明0.1%(w/w)浓度的该组合物具有显著抑制炎症因子IL-1α、IL-6和IL-8的效果(P<0.05);对于紫外线UVA和UVB引起的离体皮肤组织损伤,该组合物原液具有促进丝聚蛋白(FLG)和兜甲蛋白(LOR)的增长,并且表皮活细胞层厚度增加,紫外损伤导致的金属基质蛋白酶MMP-1含量显著下降(P<0.001)。在人体测试中,皮肤角质层水分含量提升、经皮失水流失量(TEWL)下降、皮肤色度a^(*)和ITA^(o)值显著升高、脸颊的红斑指数(Erythema Index,EI)和红区面具显著下降(P<0.05),并且经专业人员主观评估,乳酸刺痛和粉刺、丘疹数量显著下降(P<0.001)。In this study,efficacy of skin barrier repair composition within vitro and vivo tests was evaluated.The composition mainly includ-ed perilli seed oil,palmitoyl tripeptide-8,ceramide NP and polyquaternary ammonium salt-51,a bionic structural material for cell membranes.In the results,0.1%(w/w)composition could significantly inhibit inflammatory cytokines IL-1α,IL-6 and IL-8(P<0.05).In vitro tests,the composition promoted the production of filagglutinins(FLG)and lorophil(LOR)expecially for skin tissue damaged by UVA and UVB.Meanwhile,the epidermal living cell layer thickness increased,and the content of MMP-1 caused by UV damage decreased significantly(P<0.001).In human skin tests,skin cuticle moisture content and skin chroma a^(*)/ITA^(o) values also increased,as well as transdermal water loss(TEWL)and erythema index EI/red zone mask of cheeks significantly decreased(P<0.05).In addition,the number of lactic acid tingling,acne and pimple decreased significantly(P<0.001)after subjective evaluation by professionals.
