压力蒸汽灭菌技术在中药制剂生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：中药制剂生产中灭菌技术至关重要,直接影响药物的安全性和有效性。传统的紫外线灭菌在实际应用中存在诸多局限性,如灭菌周期长、成本高及对环境的影响等问题。压力蒸汽灭菌技术因其高效、经济和环保的优势,逐渐成为中药制剂生产中的主流灭菌方法。本研究基于此,探讨了压力蒸汽灭菌技术在中药制剂生产中的应用。通过对比紫外线灭菌和压力蒸汽灭菌法在中药材及中药饮片生产中的使用情况,分析了压力蒸汽灭菌在中药提取和成品包装过程中的应用,并对其效果进行了评价。结果表明,压力蒸汽灭菌技术在微生物控制、成分稳定性及成本效益方面均具有显著优势。Sterilization technology in the production of Chinese medicine preparation is crucial,which directly affects the safety and effectiveness of drugs.Traditional ultraviolet sterilization has many limitations in practical application,such as long sterilization cycle,high cost and impact on the environment.Pressure steam sterilization technology has gradually become the mainstream sterilization method in the production of traditional Chinese medicine due to its advantages of high efficiency,economy and environmental protection.Based on this,this study investigated the application of pressure steam sterilization technology in the production of Chinese medicinal preparations.By comparing the use of ultraviolet sterilization and pressure steam sterilization in the production of Chinese herbal medicines and Chinese herbal tablets,the application of pressure steam sterilization in the process of extraction of Chinese herbal medicines and packaging of finished products was analyzed and its effect was evaluated.The results showed that pressure steam sterilization technology has significant advantages in microbial control,stability of ingredients and cost-effectiveness.
