阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症后抑郁的效果及对生活和睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分析精神分裂症后抑郁患者采用阿立哌唑治疗的临床价值。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月聊城市第四人民医院收治的66例精神分裂症后抑郁患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各33例,其中对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察组则采用阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、生存质量测定量表(QOL-100)评分、治疗有效率、不良反应以及阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分。结果治疗后,观察组的HAMD、PSQI评分低于对照组,QOL-100评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的阳性和阴性症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过采用阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症后抑郁,能够使症状减轻,获得较好的效果,从而提高睡眠质量。Objective To study the clinical value of Aripiprazole in the treatment of post-schizophrenic depression.Methods A total of 66 patients with post-schizophrenia depression admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Liaocheng from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Risperidone,and the observation group was treated with Aripiprazole.The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,quality of life measurement scale(QOL-100)score,treatment response rate,adverse reactions,positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,HAMD and PSQI scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and QOL-100 scores were higher than those in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive and negative symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole in the treatment of post-schizophrenia depression can reduce the symptoms and obtain better results,so as to improve the quality of sleep.
