电针听会、本神穴联合康复训练治疗精神发育迟滞患儿的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察电针听会、本神穴联合康复训练治疗精神发育迟滞患儿的临床效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月龙岩市中医院收治的60例精神发育迟滞患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。观察组采用先予电针听会、本神穴后予康复训练方法,对照组采用康复训练方法。比较两组韦氏幼儿智力量表、S-S语言发育迟缓检查量表,Gesell发育量表评分,并评价疗效。结果治疗后,观察组总智商、言语理解评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组语言能力及基本学习能力正常例数、交流态度良好例数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组适应性行为、精细动作、大运动、语言行为、个人-社交发育商评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针听会、本神穴可有效提高精神发育迟滞患儿语言功能,改善认知水平,促进神经发育,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Tinghui(GB 2)and Benshen(GB 13)combined with rehabilitation training on patients with mental retardation.Methods Sixty children with mental retardation admitted to Longyan Hospital of TCM from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group was given electroacupuncture at Tinghui(GB 2)and Benshen(GB 13)point combined with routine rehabilitation training,while the control group was given rehabilitation training.The Wechsler infant intelligence scale,sign-significate relations and Gesell developmental scale scores of the two groups were compared,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results After treatment,the full scale intelligence quotient,verbal comprehension score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the normal language ability,operational ability and good communication attitude of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of adaptive behavior,fine motor,gross motor,verbal behavior,personal-social development quotient in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Tinghui(GB 2)and Benshen(GB 13)point combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the language function of children with mental retardation,improve the cognitive ability of patients,and promote the overall level of neurological development,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
