产教融合视域下高职院校老年护理人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：目前,我国老年护理专业人才供给严重不足、校企对接培养不够深入。社会短期培训入岗不能满足老年人专业化护理服务需求等问题日益凸显,我国老年护理服务质量有待进一步提升。职业院校是培养老年护理专业技术技能人才的重要基地,职业院校需要院校针对国家养老政策需求,进一步探索在产教融合背景下,高职院校基于岗课赛证,实行岗课一体、赛证融合、思政融通育人体系。通过深化产教融合,校企双元协同共育,培养对接社会岗位需求的高素质老年护理专业技术技能人才,为老人提供有技术、有温度的专业老年护理服务和人文关怀。At present,the supply of geriatric nursing professionals in China is seriously insufficient,and the training of school-enterprise docking is not deep enough.Social short-term training can not meet the needs of specialized nursing services for the elderly and other problems become increasingly prominent,and the quality of nursing services for the elderly in China needs to be further improved.Vocational colleges are an important base for training technical and technical talents of elderly nursing professionals.According to the needs of the national pension policy,vocational colleges need to further explore the integration of industry and education in the background of vocational colleges,based on the integration of post and course,competition and certificate,integration of ideological and political education system.Through deepening the integration of production and education,the school and enterprise dual coordination and co-education,training high-quality geriatric care professionals and skills to meet the needs of social posts,and providing technical and warm professional geriatric care services and humanistic care for the elderly.
