摘 要:目的探索基于碎片化学习的线上线下融合一体化教学模式在健康评估课程教学改革中的应用效果。方法选取沈阳医学院全日制普通本科2021级与2022级的218名护理学生作为研究对象,其中,将2021级的110名学生作为对照组,2022级的108名学生作为试验组。对照组于2023年3月至6月采取传统教学模式教学,试验组于2024年3月至6月采取基于碎片化学习的健康评估线上线下融合一体化教学模式教学。比较两组学生的期末考试成绩、自主学习能力、教学满意度。结果教学后,试验组学生的期末考试成绩、自主学习能力评分和教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于碎片化学习的线上线下融合一体化教学模式有助于提高学生对健康评估知识点的掌握程度,提升学生的自主学习能力,提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of the online and offline integrated teaching mode based on fragmented learning in the teaching reform of health assessment course.Methods A total of 218 full-time general undergraduate nursing students of grade 2021 and grade 2022 in Shenyang Medical College were selected as the research objects.Among them,110 students of grade 2021 were selected as the control group,and 108 students of grade 2022 were selected as the experimental group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode from March to June 2023,and the experimental group adopted the online and offline integrated teaching mode of health assessment based on fragmented learning from March to June 2024.The final examination scores,autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results After teaching,the final exam scores,independent learning ability scores and teaching satisfaction of test group students were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated teaching mode of online and offline integration based on fragmented learning is helpful to improve students'mastery of health assessment knowledge points,enhance students'autonomous learning ability,and improve teaching satisfaction.
