摘　　要：转移性乳腺癌传统上被认为是不可治愈的,其治疗旨在延长生命,控制症状及维持生活质量。但局限于原发肿瘤和淋巴结的疾病至广泛的转移之间存在一种中间状态,即寡转移,它的提出改变了这种范式。寡转移可能相较广泛转移在生物学上具有更惰性,因此,对于处在寡转移状态的患者,在系统治疗的基础上对转移灶行手术或放射治疗等局部积极治疗或可延长患者生存期。本文将讨论目前对乳腺癌寡转移性疾病临床及生物学概念上的理解以及局部治疗模式在寡转移性乳腺癌中的新进展。Metastatic breast cancer has traditionally been considered incurable,with treatment aimed at prolonging life,managing symptoms and maintaining quality of life.However,there is an intermediate state between disease limited to the primary tumor and lymph nodes and widespread metastasis,that is,oligometastasis,which has changed this paradigm.Oligometastases may be more biologically inert than extensive metastases.Therefore,for patients in oligometastases,local aggressive treatment of metastases,such as surgery or radiotherapy,in addition to systemic treatment,may prolong survival.This article will discuss the current understanding of the clinical and biological concepts of breast cancer oligometastatic disease and the new development of local treatment models in oligometastatic breast cancer.
