摘 要:胶质母细胞瘤(glioblastoma multiforme,GBM)是一种最常见的恶性脑肿瘤,预后极差,目前的标准治疗疗效不佳。本文回顾性分析了1例34岁接受肿瘤电场治疗(tumor treating fields,TTFields)联合放化疗的GBM患者的临床资料,以探讨TTFields联合放化疗在未接受手术治疗的GBM患者中的疗效。该患者肿瘤负荷高,确诊时已出现多处病灶,无手术适应症,TTFields联合放化疗显示出良好的疗效,症状改善明显,无进展生存期(progress free survival,PFS)为9个月,总生存期(overall survival,OS)为27个月。TTFields作为一种新型治疗手段,与现有肿瘤治疗策略具有良好的协同效应,展现出巨大的发展潜力。然而,这项技术还处于起步阶段,仍需不断研究和改进,以充分发挥其潜力。Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)is one of the most common malignant brain tumors with poor prognosis and poor response to current standard treatment.This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of a 34-year-old patient with GBM who received tumor treating fields(TTFields)combined with chemoradiotherapy,in order to explore the efficacy of TTFields combined with chemoradiotherapy in patients with GBM who did not receive surgical treatment.The patient had a high tumor load,had multiple lesions at the time of diagnosis,and had no indications for surgery.After TTFields treatment combined with chemoradiotherapy,it showed a good curative effect,with obvious improvement of symptoms.The progression-free survival(PFS)was 9 months and the overall survival(OS)was 27 months.As a novel therapeutic method,TTFields has a good synergistic effect with current cancer treatment strategies and shows tremendous potential for development.However,this technology is still in its early stages that require continuous research and improvement to fully realize its potential.
