基于CiteSpace对中药四性的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的通过文献计量学方法,对近20年来中药四性(寒、热、温、凉)的研究情况进行可视化分析,评估研究热点,发掘研究趋势,为中药四性的未来探索方向提供研究思路和理论支撑。方法使用中药四性相关检索词,从中国知网(CNKI)数据库与Web of Science(WOS)数据库核心集检索并导出相关文献,并导入CiteSpace软件进行格式转换和除重。使用Excel和CiteSpace软件对中药四性相关文献数据进行发文量、国家、机构、期刊、作者、被引文献和关键词的可视化分析。结果共检索采集中文文献809篇,英文文献51篇;整体发文量呈先上升后回落的波动态势,其中中文发文量趋于稳定波动,英文发文量稳步、缓慢上升。共有9个国家参与中药药性的研究,中国是该领域研究和文献发表的主要国家。发文量最多的中文期刊是《中国中药杂志》,英文期刊是Journal of Ethnopharmacology。中文文献中发文量最多的机构是山东中医药大学(112篇)和北京中医药大学(112篇);英文文献中发文量最多的机构是成都中医药大学(6篇)。中文文献中发文量最多的作者为王鹏和王振国,英文文献中为冯卫生。该研究领域中各机构和团队间的交流合作较为密切。最高频词和最高中心性被引文献均采用代谢组学策略对中药四性进行探究。中英文关键词共现、聚类、突显分析提示研究热点集中于能量代谢、代谢组学、肠道菌群、外来中药、物质基础等。结论中药四性领域的研究目前仍呈现缓慢上升趋势。能量代谢、外来中药“中药化”、物质基础是目前该领域的研究热点;主要策略包括代谢组学、肠道菌群、细胞等。但是该领域的国际研究较少,国际认可度不高,亟待开展更多国际合作研究。Objective To visually analyze the research status of the 4 properties(cold,hot,warm and cool)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the past 20 years,evaluate research hotspots,explore research trends,and to provide research ideas and theoretical support for the future exploration of the 4 properties of TCM.Methods The related search terms of the 4 properties of TCM were used to retrieve and export the relevant literatures from CNKI and the core set of database and Web of Science(WOS)database,and then imported into CiteSpace software for format conversion and weight removal.Excel and CiteSpace software were used to visually analyze the literature data related to the 4 properties of TCM,including the number of publications,Co-occurrence,clustering and salience analysis of Chinese and English keywords showed that the research hotspots focused on energy metabolism,metabolomics,intestinal flora,foreign TCM,material basis,etc.Conclusion The research on the 4 properties of TCM shows a slow upward trend.Energy metabolism,“Chinese materia medica”of foreign TCM,and material basis are the research hotspots in this field.The main strategies include metabolomics,gut microbiota,cells,etc.However,there is a lack of international research and low international recognition in this field,and more international cooperative research is urgently needed.
