基于多元文化理念的护理模式在剖宫产手术产妇护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于多元文化理念的护理模式在剖宫产手术产妇护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2021年9月于无锡市人民医院行剖宫产手术的产妇98例作为观察对象,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组给予常规剖宫产手术室护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于多元文化理念的护理模式。比较两组心理状态、术后泌乳功能、护理依从性。结果:护理前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后24 h、48 h泌乳量量表评分高于对照组,术后48 h泌乳总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于多元文化理念的护理模式在剖宫产手术产妇护理中的应用效果较好,可降低产妇心理应激水平,促进其术后泌乳,提高护理依从性。Objective:To study the application effect of nursing model based on multiculture concept in cesarean section parturient nursing.Methods:A total of 98 parturients who underwent cesarean section at Wuxi People's Hospital from August 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine cesarean section operating room nursing care,and the observation group was given multicultural concept-based nursing model on the basis of control group.The psychological stress,postoperative lactation function and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 24 h and 48 h after surgery,the scores of lactation milk yield scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total lactation effective rate in the observation group at 48 h after surgery was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing model based on multiculture concept has a good application effect in cesarean section parturient nursing,and can reduce the level of parturient psychological stress,promote postoperative lactation,and improve nursing compliance.
