日常生活活动能力情景对话图册在脑卒中后失语症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨日常生活活动能力(ADL)情景对话图册在脑卒中后失语症患者中的应用效果。方法:将2023年1月—2024年6月广州市番禺区健康管理中心收治的100例脑卒中后失语症患者随机分为两组,各50例。对照组实施常规语言康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上使用ADL情景对话图册进行康复训练。对比两组康复效果。结果:干预后,两组听理解、复述、命名、自发言语、失语商评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组日常生活交流能力检查量表、中国式功能性语言沟通能力检查法评分升高,Stroop测试结果改善,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分降低,脑卒中专用生活质量量表评分升高,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ADL情景对话图册在脑卒中后失语症患者中的应用效果显著,能有效提高患者语言功能、日常交流能力、注意力,改善神经功能与生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of activities of daily living(ADL)situational dialogue atlas in patients with aphasia after stroke.Methods:A total of 100 patients with aphasia after stroke who were admitted to Guangzhou Panyu Health Management Center from January 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine language rehabilitation training,and the observation group used ADL situational dialogue atlas for rehabilitation training.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of listening comprehension,repetition,naming,spontaneous speech and aphasia quotient in two groups increased,and the scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Communication Activities of Daily Living and Chinese Functional Communication Profile in the two groups increased,and the Stroop test results increased improved,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the two groups decreased,and the score of Stroke-Specific Quality of Life scale in the two groups increased,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of ADL situational dialogue atlas in patients with aphasia after stroke is remarkable,which can effectively improve language function,daily communication ability and attention of patients,and improve neurological function and quality of life.
