摘 要:临床见习带教在医学生学习过程中扮演着至关重要的角色,有助于学生将理论知识与实际临床操作相结合,使医学生更深刻地理解教材内容,更好地掌握临床知识、各类疾病的诊断和治疗方法。然而,由于“传染病学”教学的独特性质,以及存在与学时、传染病类型和临床带教医院条件相关的挑战,中医高等院校的“传染病学”临床教学面临着多方面困难。通过总结和分析中医高等院校“传染病学”带教中存在的问题和困难,提出具体的改进措施,以全面提升中医高等院校学生的综合素质。Clinical internship and teaching plays a crucial role in the learning process of medical students.It helps students integrate theoretical knowledge with practical clinical skills,not only enhancing their understanding of course materials but also enabling them to better grasp clinical knowledge and the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases.However,due to the unique nature of infectious disease education and challenges related to instructional hours,the types of infectious diseases,and the conditions of clinical teaching hospitals,Chinese traditional medicine colleges face various difficulties in infectious disease clinical education.This article will summarize and analyze the issues and challenges present in infectious disease teaching and mentoring at Chinese traditional medicine colleges,and propose specific improvement measures to comprehensively enhance the overall competence of Chinese traditional medicine students.
