摘 要:CDIO模式下的工程教育越来越成为高校教育教学改革中的发展趋势,假肢矫形工程教育的发展已不仅仅依靠单纯引进和应用国际化假肢矫形工程发展的最新理念、方法和技术,还需在人才培养全过程中进一步强化对假肢矫形师的职业素养和思想素质的培养。这就要求在工程教育中更加关注将思政教育融入人才培养过程,强化课程思政,深入挖掘各类课程的思政元素,充分发挥专业课程的思政育人功能,促进学生职业素养的提高。就围绕如何全面落实立德树人,推动CDIO模式下的工程教育国际化与思政教育的有机统一,构建协同育人机制进行了探析。In recent years,engineering education based on CDIO mode has become an emerging trend in higher education reform.The development of prosthetics and orthotics engineering education no longer relies solely on the introduction and application of the latest concepts,methods,and technologies in international prosthetics and orthotics engineering.It also requires further emphasis on cultivating the professional ethics and ideological qualities of prosthetists and orthotists throughout the entire talent development process.This necessitates a greater focus on integrating ideological and political education into the teaching process of prosthetics and orthotics engineering,strengthening the curriculum ideology and politics,exploring the ideological and political education elements in various courses,fully leveraging the ideological and political education function of professional courses,and promoting the improvement of professional ethics.This article explores how to comprehensively implement the goal of nurturing well-rounded individuals,promote the internationalization of engineering education under the CDIO mode,and achieve the organic integration of ideological and political education,which aims to establish a collaborative mechanism for nurturing students.
