面向课程思政建设的金属材料工程专业教学体系改革

摘　　要：专业课程思政建设是实现“三全育人”和立德树人的有力抓手。通过对桂林理工大学金属材料工程专业现有人才培养目标、教学体系和教学模式进行分析和思考,指出存在思政育人功能缺乏、产教融合不良和工程实践能力差等问题。从专业课程思政建设的必要性、教学体系构建的实施路径及师资队伍建设方面,提出探索专业教学体系改革的新思路,深入挖掘专业课程中蕴含的思政元素,融入专业课程知识讲授和专业技能实践之中,培养具有家国情怀、使命担当和工匠精神的工程应用人才,推动地方高校金属材料工程专业建设的跨越式发展。The construction of curriculum ideology and politics of professional courses in colleges and universities is a powerful starting point to realize the“three-wide education”and building morality and cultivating talents.By analyzing the existing talent training mode,teaching system and teaching mode of the metallic materials engineering major,the problems including lack of ideological and political education function,poor integration of production and education and poor engineering ability and are pointed out.A novel idea to explore major teaching system reform is proposed from the necessity of curriculum ideology and politics construction,the construction path of teaching system and teaching staff.The ideological and political elements contained in major courses will be excavated in-depth.Further,the elements will be integrated into professional knowledge teaching and skill practice to cultivate the engineering application talents with love for the country and family,mission for industry and craftsmanship spirit.The construction of metallic material engineering major in local colleges and universities will be promoted.
