摘  要:为提高油气储运工程专业本科生对含蜡原油管道输送过程中的工程思维能力,加深其对管道流动安全保障流变性机理的思考,基于当前的新技术——流变-原位同步测量技术,开展原油流变性研究型实验项目。实验过程中,针对含蜡原油采用流变-偏光显微原位同步测量技术对不同初冷温度的降温过程中,含蜡原油的黏弹性等流变性参数及蜡晶微观动力学行为进行同步分析。该实验不仅能加深学生对原油流变性机理的思考,提高其实践能力和实验操作技能,更能激发其科研创新意识和创新热情。In order to improve the engineering thinking of oil and gas storage and transportation engineering undergraduates in the pipeline transportation process of waxy crude oil,and to deepen their thinking on the rheological mechanism of pipeline flow safety and security,a research-based experimental project on crude oil rheology was conducted based on a new technology,rheo-in-situ simultaneous measurement technique.In the experiment,rheological parameters such as viscoelasticity and wax crystal microdynamics are analysed simultaneously during the cooling down process at different initial cooling temperatures for waxy crude oils.The experiment not only deepens the students᾽thinking about the rheological mechanism of crude oil,but also improves their practical and experimental skills,and stimulates their awareness and enthusiasm for research and innovation.
