摘　　要：该文旨在探讨在就业创业能力提升背景下,高校物流管理专业人才培养模式的优化路径。通过对实践导向教学、创新创业教育、跨学科融合、终身学习体系和技术驱动学习环境五个方面的分析,提出具体可行的改革建议。研究发现,通过加强校企合作、引入真实案例教学、开展创业课程和竞赛、融合多学科知识以及利用数字化工具,能够有效提升学生的综合素质和社会适应能力。This article aims to explore the optimization path of talent cultivation mode for logistics management majors in universities from the perspective of enhancing employment and entrepreneurship capabilities.Through the analysis of five aspects:practice oriented teaching,innovation and entrepreneurship education,interdisciplinary integration,lifelong learning system,and technology driven learning environment,specific and feasible reform suggestions have been proposed.Research has found that strengthening school enterprise cooperation,introducing real case teaching,conducting entrepreneurship courses and competitions,integrating multidisciplinary knowledge,and utilizing digital tools can effectively enhance students'comprehensive quality and social adaptability.
