摘  要:党的二十大报告提出了“全面提高人才自主培养质量,着力造就拔尖创新人才”,为了响应国家号召和社会需要,东北大学秦皇岛分校仪器类专业早在2018年就开始了创新型拔尖人才培养模式的探索和实践。在具体实践过程中对培养方案不断修正、培养路径持续改进、个性化导师制的连续执行,最终形成以厚基础、强能力、高素质的创新型拔尖人才培养模式。通过对拔尖人才培养过程中积累的实践经验进行总结,探讨个性化导师制在该培养模式中的重要作用,详细地阐述个性化导师制的具体实施过程,分析影响要素,以期望为高等教育的创新人才培养提供有益借鉴。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to"comprehensively improve the quality of independent training of talents,and strive to create top-notch innovative talents".In order to respond to the call of the state and the needs of society,the instrument major of Qinhuangdao Campus of Northeastern University began to explore and practice the innovative top-notch talent training model as early as 2018.In the concrete practice process,the training program is constantly revised,the training path is continuously improved,and the personalized tutorial system is continuously implemented,and the innovative top-notch talent training model with thick foundation,strong ability and high quality is finally formed.By summarizing the practical experience accumulated in the training process of top talents,this paper discusses the important role of personalized tutorial system in the training mode,expounds the specific implementation process of personalized tutorial system in detail,analyzes the influencing factors,and hopes to provide beneficial reference for the training of innovative talents in higher education.
