摘 要:桩基静载试验作为确定单桩极限承载力的重要手段,在工程中得到了广泛应用。因为既有建筑的特殊性,导致传统的堆载法、锚桩法和自平衡法难以实现既有建筑物工程桩的承载力静载试验。针对现有桩基承载力检测方法的局限性,研究对既有建筑物桩基承载力检测方法进行了分析。该研究提供了一种既有建筑物桩基静载试验的方法,对既有建筑物承台(或筏形基础)底部桩基进行承载力静载测试。该方法无需破拆既有建筑物,即可解决施工空间对传统方法的限制,且试验期间既有建筑物仍能正常使用。Pile foundation static load test,as an important means to determine the ultimate bearing capacity of a single pile,has been widely used in engineering.Due to the particularity of existing buildings,traditional methods such as pile loading,anchor pile method,and self balancing method are difficult to achieve static load testing of the bearing capacity of engineering piles in existing buildings.Aiming at the limitations of existing methods for detecting the bearing capacity of pile foundations,this study analyzed the existing methods for detecting the bearing capacity of building pile foundations.This study provides a method for static load testing of existing building pile foundations,which tests the bearing capacity of the bottom pile foundation of the existing building pier(or raft)under static load.This method does not require the demolition of existing buildings,which can solve the limitation of construction space on traditional methods,and the existing buildings can still be used normally during the trial period.
