摘 要:建设高质量课后服务体系是建设高质量教育体系的重要组成部分,是推动课后服务高质量发展的迫切需要,是促进学生全面发展的必然要求。结合课后服务研究和实践状况,高质量课后服务体系主要包含政策法规体系、经费保障体系、师资队伍体系、课程内容体系、质量评估体系、数字化应用体系和家校社协同体系。与之相应,建设高质量课后服务体系的实践路径应包括:完善课后服务政策法规,加强课后服务顶层设计;建立健全课后服务经费保障机制,加强课后服务经费保障;加强课后服务师资队伍建设,提升课后服务师资保障能力;加强课后服务课程建设,丰富课后服务内容和形式;做好课后服务质量评估,推动课后服务提质升级;加快数字化应用步伐,推动课后服务数字化转型;完善家校社协同机制,构建课后服务协同育人格局。The construction of high-quality after-school service system is an important part of the construction of high-quality education system.It is also an urgent need to promote the development of high-quality after-school service,and an inevitable requirement to promote the comprehensive development of students.According to the research and practice of after-school service,the high-quality after-school service system mainly includes the policy and regulation system,the fund guarantee system,the teacher team system,the course content system,the quality evaluation system,the digital application system and the home-school-community collaboration system.Accordingly,the practical path of building a high-quality after-school service system should include:improving after-school service policies and regulations,strengthening the top-level design of after-school service;establishing and improving after-school service fund guarantee mechanism,strengthening after-school service fund guarantee;strengthen the construction of after-school service teachers and improving the ability of after-school service teachers;strengthening the construction of after-school service courses,enriching the content and form of after-school service;doing a good job of after-school service quality assessment,promoting after-school service quality upgrading;accelerating the pace of digital application and promote the digital transformation of after-school services;improving the coordination mechanism of family,school and communityand building a pattern of after-school service coordination and education.
