摘 要:铝合金缸盖是汽车发动机上的核心部件,工作过程中处于高温高压状态下,运转时承受较大的热冲击力,工作条件非常恶劣,故尺寸精度及力学性能要求较高。针对EN31缸盖复杂结构和铸造成形难等特点,开展论述了倾转铸造工艺分析,浇道、冒口、砂芯、水冷、负压抽气设计及产品结构细节优化和浇注工艺改进与验证;通过生产验证,铸件X射线探伤及T6热处理后力学性能等检测结果均满足技术要求,为后续缸盖开发积累了经验。Aluminum alloy cylinder head is a core component of automobile engine,which is under high temperature and high pressure during the working process,and undergoes large thermal shock during operation.The working conditions are very harsh,so the dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties are required to be high.In view of the complex structure of the EN31 cylinder head and the difficulty of casting,the analysis of the tilting casting process,the design of sprue,riser,sand core,water cooling,negative pressure pumping,and the optimization of the details of the product structure as well as the improvement and validation of the pouring process are discussed;through the production validation,the results of the casting X-ray flaw detection and the mechanical properties of the casting after the T6 heat treatment satisfy the technical requirements,and the experience has been accumulated for the subsequent development of the cylinder head.
