摘　　要：专业技术人才是创新驱动发展的关键力量。国家创新发展、核心竞争力提升、人才强国战略以及高质量发展都需要加强专业技术人才队伍建设。当前,专业技术人才队伍存在一定的结构性矛盾;专业技术人才继续教育的创新教育机制有待健全;人才激励和支持体系需进一步完善。促进专业技术人才队伍建设,要以人为本,提升专业技术人才整体效能;培训创新,扎实推进人才知识更新工程;主动赋能,建立健全专业技术人才激励体系;深化改革,升级专业技术人才服务体系。Professional and technical talents are the key force driving innovation.Strengthening the construction of the professional and technical talent team is necessary for the development of national innovation,the enhancement of core competitiveness,the strategy of building a strong talent country,and the high-quality development.At present,there are certain structural contradictions in the professional and technical talent team;the innovative education mechanism for continuing education of professional and technical talents needs to be improved;the talent incentive and support system needs to be further improved.To promote the construction of the professional and technical talent team,it is necessary to put people first and enhance the overall efficiency of professional and technical talents;innovate the training and solidly promote the talent knowledge updating project;proactively empower and establish a sound incentive system for professional and technical talents;deepen the reform and upgrade the professional and technical talent service system.
