摘 要:以红托竹荪腐烂病菌(Trichoderma koningii)为试材,采用不同浓度的和厚朴酚对红托竹荪腐烂病菌进行处理,研究和厚朴酚对红托竹荪腐烂病菌菌丝生长、形态结构和抗氧化酶活性的影响,以期为红托竹荪腐烂病的绿色防控提供参考依据。结果表明:和厚朴酚对红托竹荪腐烂病菌具有显著的抑菌活性,其EC_(50)值为6.252μg·mL^(-1),经过和厚朴酚处理后的红托竹荪腐烂病菌菌丝形态发生明显变化,其菌丝表面呈现出不规则的皱缩与扭曲,出现明显的质壁分离现象,细胞器损伤,细胞内出现大面积空白。且生理系统紊乱,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性降低,导致活性氧在体内过量积累,引起细胞损伤,导致菌丝生长受到抑制。综上,和厚朴酚可显著抑制红托竹荪腐烂病菌的生长,未来可作为红托竹荪腐烂病绿色防控的药物。Trichoderma koningii was used as the test material,different concentrations of honokiol were used to treat T.koningii to study the effects of honokiol on mycelia growth,morphological structure and antioxidant enzyme activity of T.koningii,in order to provide reference for green prevention and control of Phallus rubrovolvatus rot disease.The results showed that honokiol had significant antibacterial activity against T.koningii,and its EC_(50)value was 6.252μg·mL^(-1).After treatment with honokiol,the mycelial morphology of T.koningii showed significant changes.The surface of the mycelium showed irregular shrinkage and distortion,there was obvious plasmic wall separation,organelle damage,and there was a large area of blank space in the cell.In addition,the physiological system was disturbed,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity increased,catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)activity decreased,resulted in excessive reactive oxygen species accumulation,cell damage,and mycelial growth was inhibited.In conclusion,honokiol could significantly inhibit the growth of T.koningii,and could be used as green prevention and control drugs for Phallus rubrovolvatus rot disease in the future.
