新时代高校辅导员素质能力提升的四维路径研究

摘　　要：高校辅导员肩负着立德树人的崇高使命,其素质能力提升对高校、大学生以及辅导员自身都是十分必要的。当前高校辅导员素质能力提升面临“思政教育理论功底薄弱,价值引领能力不足”“职业认同感较低,职业规划不清晰”“实践创新能力不足,网络思政能力弱”“理论和实践研究不足,科研短板制约发展”等现实困境。该文从向下扎根、向上生长、向内激励、向外输出四个维度出发构建辅导员素质能力提升路径,以期提升辅导员素质能力的深度、高度、温度和广度。College counselors shoulder the lofty mission of fostering virtue through education,and the improve⁃ment of their quality and ability is necessary for universities,college students and themselves.At present,the quality and ability of college counselors are faced with practical difficulties such as weak theoretical foundation of ideological and political education,insufficient value guidance ability,low professional identity,unclear career planning,insufficient practical innovation ability,weak online ideological and political ability,insufficient theo⁃retical and practical research,and restricted development of scientific research.From the four dimensions of downward root,upward growth,inward incentive and outward output,the path of improving the counselors’qual⁃ity and ability is constructed,so as to improve the depth,height,temperature and breadth of counselors’quality and ability.
