摘 要:随着经济的快速发展和医疗水平的不断提高,我国人均寿命不断延长,老龄化趋势日益显著。在这样的背景下,中国老年群体的终身教育覆盖面、教育需求度、教育质量和老年群体对终身教育的满意度成为社会关注的热点。该文从以上几个维度进行了调研分析,根据受教育程度,将老年群体分为“知识型”老年群体和“弱知识型”老年群体。这两类群体由于生活环境和文化程度不同,对应的终身教育条件和需求差别很大。该文根据两类群体终身教育的现状以及在接受终身教育时遇到的问题,提出有针对性的具体策略,以期深入持续地发展终身教育,让老年群体实现“老有所为”,助力人力资源强国的发展。With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of medical stan⁃dards,the average life expectancy has been generally extended.At the same time,the trend of aging is becoming increasingly significant.In this context,the coverage,demand,quality,and satisfaction of lifelong education among the elderly population in China have also become hot topics of social concern.This article conducts re⁃search and analysis from the above dimensions,and divides the elderly population into two categories based on their education level:“knowledge-based”elderly population and“weakly knowledge-based”elderly population.Due to the different living environments and cultural levels of these two groups,there are significant differences in the corresponding lifelong education conditions and needs.This article proposes targeted and specific strategies based on the current situation of lifelong education for the two groups and the problems they encounter when re⁃ceiving lifelong education.Through in-depth and sustainable development of lifelong education,we aim to achieve more value for the elderly population and assist in the development of a strong human resource country.
