产教融合背景下地方高校科创人才培养的路径探析

摘　　要：在产教融合背景下,地方高校科创人才培养至关重要,但也面临诸多关键问题,如科创人才供求失衡、科创人才培养力度不足、科创人才培养机制落后等。该文基于人力资本理论,从政府、企业和高校三个方面提出了产教融合背景下地方高校科创人才培养的主要路径,旨在解决当前地方高校科创人才培养中的突出问题,提升地方高校服务区域经济发展的能力,培养出符合区域经济发展需求的高素质应用型科创人才。Under the background of industry-education integration,the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation(STI)talents in local universities is crucial but faces several key issues,such as the imbalance in STI talent supply and demand,insufficient efforts in STI talent cultivation,and outdated STI talent cultivation mecha⁃nisms.Based on human capital theory,this paper proposes major paths for cultivating STI talents in local universi⁃ties from three perspectives:government,enterprises,and universities.The aim is to address the prominent issues in the current cultivation of STI talents in local universities,enhance the ability of local universities to serve re⁃gional economic development,and cultivate high-quality applied STI talents that meet the needs of regional eco⁃nomic development.
