摘  要:我国当前正在大力发展新质生产力和高等职业本科教育,职业本科院校在培养适应新质生产力的高端技术技能型人才方面具有重要的地位和独特的作用,同时也存在着教学目标定位不够清晰、师资队伍建设较为薄弱、人才供给与市场需求存在脱节等问题。为此,职业本科院校应立足自身特点和优势,从构建职普融通的新型职业本科教育课程体系、建立产教融合的新型职业本科教育教学模式、建设技教融汇的新型职业本科教育师资队伍等方面进行深入研究和探索,真正培养具备新质生产力应用能力、创新能力和终身学习能力的专业技术工人,为我国新质生产力的发展提供坚实的人才支撑。China is currently vigorously developing new quality productive forces and higher vocational under⁃graduate education.Vocational undergraduate universities play an important and unique role in cultivating highend technical and skilled talents who can adapt to the new quality productive forces.However,there are also prob⁃lems such as unclear teaching goal positioning,relatively weak teacher team building,and a disconnection be⁃tween talent supply and market demand.Therefore,based on their own characteristics and advantages,vocational undergraduate universities should conduct in-depth research and exploration from the aspects of building a new vocational undergraduate education curriculum system that integrates vocational and general education,establish⁃ing a new vocational undergraduate education teaching mode that integrates production and education,and build⁃ing a new vocational undergraduate education teacher team that integrates technology and education,so as to truly cultivate professional technical workers with new quality productive forces application ability,innovation ability and lifelong learning ability,and provide solid talent support for the development of China’s new quality produc⁃tive forces.
