摘　　要：马克思主义艺术生产论是全面理解和研究艺术生产组织形式的重要认知模式。中华传统艺术注重传承的自觉意识,存在着家庭传承、地缘传承、师徒传承、学校传承等多种传承方式,形成了与之相应的复杂多样的组织形式和组织传承机制。中华传统艺术当代传承的组织体系研究,重在思考中国古代艺术生产的组织形式、生产技艺传承方式、传承路径、官府与民间手工艺生产的消长、行会组织的形成与发展、艺术形态的演化与组织形式的变迁、艺术生产与消费特征,以及对发达国家艺术生产组织传承经验和中华传统艺术当代传承组织载体的考察,进而思考如何构建中华传统艺术当代传承的组织传承生态、共生机制和传承路径。The Marxist theory of artistic production is an important cognitive model for comprehensively understanding and studying the organizational forms of artistic production. Chinese traditional art focuses on the conscious awareness of inheritance, and there are various ways of inheritance, such as family inheritance, geographic inheritance, master-disciple inheritance, school inheritance, etc., which have formed complex and diverse organizational forms and organizational inheritance mechanisms accordingly. The study on the organizational system of contemporary inheritance of traditional Chinese arts focuses on the organizational form of art production in ancient China, the inheritance method of production techniques, the inheritance path, the decline and growth of government and folk craft production, the formation and development of guild organizations, the evolution of art forms and the change of organizational forms, the characteristics of art production and consumption, as well as the examination of the experience of art production organization and inheritance in developed countries and the organizational carriers of contemporary inheritance of traditional Chinese arts, so as to think about how to build the organizational and inheritance ecology, symbiosis mechanism and inheritance path of the contemporary inheritance of Chinese traditional arts.
