摘　　要：Dear Editor,We are writing to present a case of bilateral sequential cytomegalovirus retinitis(CMVR)in a patient with dyskeratosis congenita(DC).DC is an inherited bone marrow failure syndrome characterized by a typical diagnostic triad of oral leukoplakia,nail dystrophy,and reticular hyperpigmentation[1].DC can be inherited in one of the three forms,X-linked,autosomal dominant,and autosomal recessive.
