摘 要:食糖是关系国计民生的重要农产品,是食品工业和医药行业不可或缺的原料。研究全球食糖生产布局和产量变动有助于增进不同国家和地区食糖产业及其竞争力的理解。根据埃信华迈(IHSMarkit)、美国农业部(USDA)和联合国粮食及农业组织(FAO)的数据,探究世界食糖生产洲际分布和主产国(地区)布局,梳理近9年世界和主产国(地区)食糖产量演变特征及其驱动因素,得出几个结论:一是2022/23年制糖期全球食糖产量洲际分布呈现亚洲、南美洲、欧洲、中美和北美洲、非洲、大洋洲依次降低趋势;二是全球76.6%的食糖产自以巴西和印度为主的十大产糖国;三是全球产糖量总体震荡上升,洲际变动特征分化明显;四是全球糖产量前十大产糖国产量集中度近5年明显增加,产量波动受种植面积、单产和糖醇比价政策影响。Sugar is an important agricultural product related to national economy and people's livelihood,and an indispensable raw material for the food industry and pharmaceutical industry.Studying the global sugar production layout and yield changes can help enhance the understanding of the sugar industry and its competitiveness in different countries and regions.Based on data from IHS Markit,USDA,and FAO,this study explores the intercontinental distribution of global sugar production and the layout of major producing countries(regions).It summarizes the evolution characteristics and driving factors of sugar production in the world and major producing countries(regions)in the past 9 years,and draws several conclusions:firstly,the intercontinental distribution of global sugar production during the 2022/23 sugar production period showed a decreasing trend in Asia,South America,Europe,Central and North America,Africa,and Oceania;Secondly,76.6%of global sugar production comes from the top ten sugar producing countries,mainly Brazil and India;Thirdly,the overall global sugar production has fluctuated and increased,with distinct intercontinental variations in characteristics;Fourthly,the concentration of the top ten sugar producing countries in terms of global sugar production has significantly increased in the past five years,with fluctuations in production influenced by planting area,yield per unit,and sugar alcohol ratio policies.
