摘 要:作为一种新的产教融合制度安排,行业产教融合共同体是一种融合产业界、教育界和学术界的组织形态,旨在提升人才培养质量、促进产业转型升级以及助推科技产业化。基于共生理论视角,构建了由共生单元、共生界面、共生模式和共生环境组成的行业产教融合共同体共生网络。行业产教融合共同体共生网络构建是一项系统工程,涉及多个主体,存在普遍的异质共生现象,由此面临着共生单元利益诉求不同、共生模式较为简单、政策和文化环境支持不足、共生界面能量传导不畅等挑战。行业产教融合共同体共生网络构建是各主体间相互影响、相互协调的结果,需要切实采取以下实践路径:厘定利益共同点,满足共生单元诉求;完善共生模式,推进实体化运行;健全政策和增强文化-认知性,培育共生环境;畅通共生界面能量传导,增进融合互通。As a new institutional arrangement for the integration of industry and education,the industryeducation integration community is an organizational form that integrates the industry,education,and academia,aiming at improving the quality of talent cultivation,promote industrial transformation,and boost the industrialization of science and technology.Based on the perspective of symbiosis theory,a industryeducation integration community symbiosis network is constructed,consisting of symbiotic units,symbiotic interface,symbiotic mode,and symbiotic environment.The construction of the industry-education integration community symbiosis network is a systematic project that involves multiple entities,and there is an common phenomenon of heterogeneous symbiosis.As a result,it faces challenges such as different interests and demands of symbiotic units,relatively simple symbiotic models,insufficient policy and cultural environment support,and poor energy transmission at the symbiotic interface.The construction of the industry-education integration community symbiosis network is the result of mutual influence and coordination among various entities,and requires the following practical paths:identifying common interests and meeting the demands of symbiotic units;improving the symbiotic model and physical operation;establishing sound policies and enhancing cultural awareness,and cultivating a symbiotic environment;smoothing the conduction of symbiotic interface energy,and enhancing integration and communication.
