摘　　要：新时代高校成为教育、科技、人才强国一体化建设的重要支撑。人才培养体系紧扣立德树人根本任务发生根本性变化。文章研究表明,高校图书馆面对构建落实立德树人根本任务新生态新格局,开拓科教融汇、产教融合新思路新方向,开辟教育数字化新手段新方法,进行积极探索和实践。面向人才培养体系变革,高校图书馆守正创新,从坚定初心、服务立德树人根本任务,重新整合资源要素、发展自身新质生产力,拓展延伸空间服务、融入人才培养全过程,重构数字知识服务等方面转型升级创新发展。In the new era,colleges and universities have become crucial pillars supporting the integration of education,science and technology,as well as human resources.The personnel training system has undergone fundamental changes closely associated with the core mission of cultivate virtue and nurture people.Confronting the challenges and opportunities in constructing and implementing a new ecological pattern for moral education and character development,exploring novel ideas and directions for integrating science with education,embracing innovative approaches to digitalizing education;university libraries are actively engaged in exploration and practice.Faced with reforms in the talent training system,university libraries adhere to integrity and innovation by transforming themselves through upgrading their original purpose,serving as a foundation for virtue cultivation;re-integrating resource elements;developing their own high-quality productivity;expanding space services both physically and virtually;integrating into the entire process of talent training;ultimately reconstructing digital knowledge services.
