摘 要:目的比较液基离心沉淀式薄层细胞学技术(LCT)经典法与一步法的制片质量及在宫颈细胞学检查中的应用效果。方法收集南京金域医学检验所有限公司病理科2024年1月至2月宫颈液基细胞学检查的样本1000例,分别进行经典法和一步法两种方法制片,比较两种方法的制片质量、制片效率、宫颈病变阳性检出率的差异。结果经典法制片满意片499张,不满意片1张,满意率99.8%;一步法制片满意片498张,不满意片2张,满意率99.6%;两种方法制片质量比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。从样本振荡开始到涂片完成,经典法一个批次制片12张,用时36 min,完成500例样本涂片制作用时共计1500 min;一步法一个批次制片12张,用时13 min,完成500例样本涂片制作用时共计541 min;结果显示:一步法涂片制作效率比经典法高176%。经典法检出阳性32例,阴性468例,阳性检出率为6.4%;一步法检出阳性33例,阴性471例,阳性检出率为6.4%;两种方法对阳性检出率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论LCT一步法用于宫颈癌液基细胞学检查与LCT经典制片方法相比质量相同,但效率更理想。Objective To compare the quality of liquid based centrifugation precipitation thin⁃layer cytology(LCT)between the classic method and one⁃step method,and to evaluate their application in cervical cytology examination.Methods A total of 1000 samples of cervical liquid based cytology examination were collected in the Department of Pathology,Nanjing kindmed Medical Laboratory Co.,Ltd.from January to February 2024,and two methods of cytologic preparation,classical method and one⁃step method were performed.The differences in quality,efficiency,and positive detection rate of cervical lesions between the two methods were compared.Results By using the classic method,499 satisfactory and 1 unsatisfactory smears were produced,with a satisfactory rate of 99.8%;498 satisfactory and 2 unsatisfactory smears were produced by one⁃step method,with a satisfaction rate of 99.6%;there was no statistically significant difference in the quality between the two methods of smear production(P>0.05).From sample oscillation to smear completion,12 samples were prepared in one batch using the classical method,which took 36 minutes.It took a total of 1500 minutes to complete the smear production of 500 samples;A one⁃step method was used to produce 12 slides in one batch,taking 13 minutes.It took a total of 541 minutes to complete the production of 500 sample smears.The results showed that the efficiency of one⁃step smear production was 176%higher than that of the classical method.The classical method detected 32 positive cases and 468 negative cases,with a positive detection rate of 6.4%;33 cases were positive and 471 cases were negative using the one⁃step method,with a positive detection rate of 6.4%;there was no statistically significant difference in the positive detection rate between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion The one⁃step LCT method for cervical cancer liquid based cytology has the same quality as the classic LCT preparation method,but is more efficient.
