摘  要:文章采用TIA博图V15.1工程平台,利用ABB机器人完成了被加工件的搬运工作,利用相机完成了被加工件的识别工作,为用户带来了一系列全新的数字化企业功能,可充分满足工业4.0的要求。利用Profinet通信网络将西门子S7-1200 PLC、ABB工业机器人、工业相机组合成一套完整的工业控制系统,大大缩短了系统设计周期,提高了系统稳定性,降低了系统维护成本;采用计算补偿法实现相机和机器人的标定工作,省去了计算旋转中心的繁琐步骤,解决了应用场景出视野、旋转角度范围太小、拟合的旋转中心误差过大等问题,显著提高了定位精度;利用3D工业相机实现了OCR字符的采集,实现了无纸化物料信息录入。This article adopts the TIA Portal V15.1 engineering platform,handling the workpieces with ABB robots and identifying the workpieces with cameras,so as to provide users with a series of brand-new functions of a digitalized enterprise and fully satisfy the needs of Industry 4.0.The Profinet communication network is used to integrate Siemens S7-1200 PLC,ABB industrial robots and industrial cameras into a complete industrial control system,greatly shortening the system design cycle,improving the system stability and reducing the system maintenance cost.The compensation calculation method is used to realize the calibration of cameras and robots,eliminating the tedious steps for calculating the rotation center and solving the problems such as application scenarios out of field of view,too small range of rotation angle and too large error of fitting rotation center,and significantly improving the accuracy of location.The 3D industrial cameras are used to collect OCR characters,realizing the paperless input of material information.
