摘　　要：延安气田气井在生产过程中,受生产条件、工作制度和措施等因素影响,产量出现非正常变动,由于研究区监测资料不充足,不能及时进行动态调整。针对存在问题,从地层、井筒、地面三个方面进行深度分析,总结出影响气井产量变动的因素,主要包括井筒积液、地层堵塞、地层水锁、地层能量不足、配产不合理等;不同的机理在生产数据上表现出不同的特征,通过结合每种原因形成的机理总结生产数据变化特征,来识别气井产量变动的原因。结果表明,影响研究区产量变动的主要原因是井筒积液和近井-井筒堵塞,找到原因并制定相应的治理对策,为下步区块稳产提供技术支持。In the production process of gas wells in Yan’an gas field,the production of gas wells is affected by production conditions,working systems and measures.Due to insufficient monitoring data in the study area,dynamic adjustment cannot be carried out in time.The existing problems are analyzed from three aspects:formation,wellbore and surface.The factors affecting gas well production variation are summarized,including wellbore fluid accumulation,formation blockage,formation water lock,formation energy shortage and unreasonable production allocation.Different mechanisms show different characteristics in production data.By summarizing the variation characteristics of production data according to the formation mechanism of each reason,the causes of gas well production variation can be identified.The results show that the main reasons affecting the production variation in the study area are wellbore fluid accumulation and near-wellbore blockage.The reasons and corresponding treatment measures are found and formulated,which provides a technical support for stable production in the next block.
